About Me

Coaching Philosophy
Many of us grew up with a myth about high performers: they get it done alone, with nothing but their own natural talent and in-born grit. But think of anyone amazing in their field, and you’ll see the truth is totally different: whether they’re a top athlete or rising entrepreneur, chances are there’s a coach at hand, bringing out the best performance that individual has within.
I believe that kind of coaching isn’t just for the few — it’s for everyone. If you want to make a change, lead a team, or just excel at something you’ve always wanted to do, you can benefit from a coach. I founded Bodei FC to put this kind of personalized coaching within reach, whoever you are, wherever you are.
In our sessions, my goal is to create an environment that is supportive, centered on you, and focused on the objectives you want to reach. I believe that you already have what you need inside to meet your goals — and together, as partners, we will work on helping you unlock it.
For me, coaching is about well-being. When you feel supported and understood, when you feel connected to the things that you’re passionate about, that’s what helps you get out of the ruts we all fall into, realize the solutions you have at hand, and feel the “flow” of being absorbed in work you love. And that’s why coaching is powerful: when your well-being is nurtured, it’s a catalyst for improvements all around, in your team, organization, family and peers. Let’s get to work.
About Me

An ICF ACC Coach with a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, I bring over 15 years of experience of leadership and development in complex organizations. Building on a master’s in leadership and public administration, I first began making connections between personal development and performance in higher education, mentoring students, and going on to design a leadership certification and learning, training, and development programs. Today my work brings me into contact with higher education professionals, military personnel, public servants, entrepreneurs, and—sometimes best of all—people figuring just what their next big move should be.
Throughout my career, coaching athletes and teams on the field has been a constant—and a constant source of inspiration. A 4-year starter, captain, and Academic All-American for the Centenary University Men’s Soccer Team, I have returned again and again to soccer, from youth to semi-professional teams, most recently coaching with the University of Michigan Men’s Club Soccer Team and the University of Michigan Victors FC Women’s Club Soccer Team. I enjoy working with coaches and athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field.
